Treffen 2027 - Austria

The E.O.U.V. Treffen Committee is thrilled to share that planning is well underway for our 2027 journey to Graz and Gottschee. This long-anticipated trip is being thoughtfully designed to honor our heritage while ensuring a memorable, enriching, and affordable experience for our members. Countless hours of planning and coordination have gone into making this trip a reality, and we are excited to present an overview of the proposed itinerary along with a **tentative** cost estimate. Please note that pricing remains subject to change, as official 2027 rates have not yet been released.

**Important:** After carefully reviewing this information, members who wish to participate are asked to have at least one family member attend the informational meeting on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. This meeting will provide further details, answer questions, and mark the next step in securing your place on this special journey.

To confirm participation, a non-refundable deposit of $350.00 per traveler is required at the meeting. Checks should be made payable to The E.O.U.V., with “Treffen 2027” noted in the memo line. This deposit will serve as your down payment toward the trip.

With our current information, the tentative cost of the trip will be $5,500.00 per person for the 18-day trip. The actual cost will depend on the fluctuations of the Euro.

* We realize that not everyone can go on the full trip. If it is part of your plan to join the tour late or leave the tour early, please indicate this on the enclosed form. It will be your responsibility to explore your options and make a plan that will be convenient for you.

We are looking forward to sharing this experience with you!

The participation form will be available at the meeting on April 12th or click the link below.
